I made enquiries before taking the plunge on purchasing my new A0 Mutoh draughting machine and board. Steve R was most helpful throughout the whole process and the delivery was much earlier than expected. The equipment is brilliant. I mounted the drawing board on to my old stand which admittedly struggled with the board as it was a great deal heavier and better than my old one. I discussed the situation with Steve T who was able to provide me with additional parts for my stand so that the stand would do the job. I can't fault these guys, they have been helpful throughout. From my experience, as an Architectural Practitioner, I can highly recommend using The Big Orchard - as I will be in the future!

Excellent service all round. I ordered and received a beautifully engineered A1 draftsman desk with stand. It is solid but not heavy. A perfect addition for my studio. Quality is robust.

A2 drawing board liner, perfect ! a retired engineering draughtsman asked at 69 to do some work for a friend !

A3 Priory Drawing Board - I have been using an A1 drawing board from Orchard for many years for professional garden design work and it is really robust. I needed a smaller board for a new design project I'm working on - I wanted it to fit on my desk alongside a laptop, to work at a very small scale on A5 paper. I was a bit hesitant about buying a small drawing board as I needed it to have the same qualities as my large one and cope with accurate technical drawing. I've only been using it for a short time, but I'm very pleased with it. It takes a while to get used to moving from A1 to A3, but I can't fault the parallel motion. I have used it at several different angles and the only issue I've encountered is I find it a little tricky get it to lie flat for storage. I think I'll get used to that though, and overall I give Orchard 5 stars as usual for a high quality product.
