I used several drawing boards for A3 paper, but all eventually failed because the straightedge was attached to one side of the board and was not sturdy. All also suffered from nonexistent or weak stands for holding the board at an angle. Finally, I found the Big Orchard drawing board and it is the best I have used. The construction is sturdy and the straightedge is similar to the larger boards I used in college. The steel base rests securely on my workbench and the board can be set at various angles as required for drawing or viewing. It is a work of art!
