A2 Calligraphy Writing BoardDT09

I had a really positive experience dealing with this business. Matt was friendly, professional and kept communication clear and prompt throughout. Everything was handled smoothly and made the whole process easy and hassle-free. I would happily recommend Matt and the business to others.

I bought a plan chest from The Big Orchard after researching all the usual factors and got it spot on - the price was competitive, the build quality and design was excellent and the all important delivery process was superb. The unit was delivered installed in my home office to my complete satisfaction, Big Orchard were a pleasure to work with.

What a fantastic company to deal with.

So helpful, friendly and patient when my drawing board needed to be reconfigured.

Can't recommend more highly!

I bought a drawing board for my anime-obsessed daughter's twelth birthday. I had a couple of questions about it and the shipping process, so I rang the number on the website and even spoke to the main man Matt himself(!)

They were really, really helpful, maybe the best customer service this decade. We talked through her needs and he even suggested a cheaper model than the one I'd googled. Just incredible.

When some of the delivery logistics needed changing later Matt called me back and literally could not have helped more.

Just totally fantastic service and quality from a UK-owned and UK-manufacturing business. Yorkshire should be very proud of this lot. Proper grafters. Would definitely, definitely recommend again.

PS she uses it every day😅🎨🖌️

My very old Orchard drawing board has stood the test of time over 25 years but recently needed some new parts and a general overhaul. Matt and Tim arranged for it to be collected from my office, did the work to restore it to working order and returned it to me very quickly. I was kept fully informed and they turned up when they said they would. 10/10 for customer service!

I’ve dealt with The Big Orchard through Find the Needle since 2009 and have always found them excellent to work with. A knowledgeable Yorkshire manufacturer with real expertise in drawing boards, light boxes, plan chests and custom equipment. Reliable, professional, helpful and clearly focused on quality products and customer service.

Matt was so helpful with reassurance and advice that the damage to my A2 Priory board would be a simple home repair, and dispatched the necessary replacement weight cup (plus a spare) by next day delivery, and foc. A 5 star service, and much appreciated thank you. It's back to full functionality now.

I had a problem with my drafting machine and sent it to The Big Orchard to see if it could be salvaged. The machine was returned to me all fixed and working perfectly the very next day. Many thanks to Matt and the team, superb service.

Excellent service from Steve and Matt at The Big Orchard - brought my 37 year old board in for new wires etc but ended up buying a smaller A1 board which is so much better for my needs now - friendly service at the right price !👍😊

Amazing service. I bought a drawing board that was 30 years old. I rang and asked them about updating the straight edge and was told to bring it in. They quickly made it as good as new again. A very friendly and helpful team of people.
