Our beautiful, and I mean beautiful,
oak plan chest arrived today and has exceeded all our expectations. We spent a long time looking for the right one and we definitely found it at The Big Orchard. I really want to thank everyone who had a hand in making and getting this beautiful piece of furniture to our home. From the really informative and well-designed website with Matt explaining all the details, to the creation and expertise in actually making the chest, to whomever packed it up so BRILLIANTLY, to the safe and swift delivery to one of the trickiest parts of the UK, to the personal service from start to finish. It is rare for us to be so delighted that we had to say something! The fact that you ring up, get the person that you need to speak to immediately feels very unusual nowadays and I love it. Matt was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we are thrilled with what we have brought. Buying an item that you cannot actually see until it arrives has a lot of risk with untrustworthy representation online - but not with The Big Orchard.
