Matt was so helpful with reassurance and advice that the damage to my A2 Priory board would be a simple home repair, and dispatched the necessary replacement weight cup (plus a spare) by next day delivery, and foc. A 5 star service, and much appreciated thank you. It's back to full functionality now.

I had a problem with my drafting machine and sent it to The Big Orchard to see if it could be salvaged. The machine was returned to me all fixed and working perfectly the very next day. Many thanks to Matt and the team, superb service.

Amazing service. I bought a drawing board that was 30 years old. I rang and asked them about updating the straight edge and was told to bring it in. They quickly made it as good as new again. A very friendly and helpful team of people.

Well what can I say, fabulous service provided by Matt and the team. I have a wooden Big Orchard plans chest, had it for several years and it's been so useful and durable. Amazingly, considering its strength, one of the handles was broken (I blame my large teenage son and his acrobatics) so i slightly desperately contacted Matt to see if another could be sourced. Response was almost by return, with a promise of a search for this now superseded style of handle. Picture Matt amongst many dusty boxes and hey presto! He magically produced not one but two replacement handles and these were speedily despatched for an easy repair. Brilliant service. So impressed. Many thanks Sarah

Our beautiful, and I mean beautiful, oak plan chest arrived today and has exceeded all our expectations. We spent a long time looking for the right one and we definitely found it at The Big Orchard. Very happy with my drawing board, and it's nice to know it was made locally. You might wait a while for delivery, but these are made to order and great quality, so good things come to those who wait.

Very good quality precision drawing board. I purchased mine to carry out architectural drawings. I've used others which don't compare to the quality of this one. Each drawing board is made to order so delivery time is approximately 1 week but the product is worth the wait.

I'm very pleased with my A2 Priory Drawing Board with a counterweight parallel rule. It took a little longer to arrive than I anticipated because it was built to order, but it is good quality, exactly what I need for use on my desktop, and easy to fold away when I'm not using it.

I’m blown away with the professionalism and top quality service and products by the big orchard. Steve was extremely helpful in helping me out with my A2 Bretton board. Will definitely be using again in the future.
