The Japanese Mutoh LAN-A1 drafting machine features exceptional build quality with super smooth gliding action. Rotational drafting head with many easy-of-use features such as a mechanism to raise the entire drafting head and scale rulers away from the paper. This reduces the risk of smudging and makes it easier to move the scales and swap the drawing paper.
The A1 size drafting carriage can be locked in any vertical or horizontal position and the clear scale rulers set at any angle. Rulers are available in a wide range of precision, clearly marked scales and the drafting machine is supplied with a set of 1:1 / 1:2 metric scales as standard.
This A1X drafting table provides an extra wide work space for up to A1 paper. The additional width allows you to 'park' the drafting machine arm clear of the paper when changing your drawing.
With a counter sprung twin column Denby stand, the surface of the table can be set at any height or working angle and easily adjusted thanks to the full with foot pedal which doubles as a foot rest for maximum comfort.
